Rinaldo Nazzaro, Leader of the Neo-Nazi Terrorist Group—The Base: Probable Linkages to the Russian Imperial Movement (RIM)

Rinaldo Nazzaro, leader of The Base, has a checkered past with ties to a shadowy private military contracting company along with a history of shifting fortunes (asset accumulation and then loss) and ever-increasing Russian ties. While Nazzaro’s linkages to The Base are well documented, his probable linkages to the Russian Imperial Movement (RIM) situated in St. Petersburg, Russia, and a Putin Regime program intended to destabilize the West via its support of neo-Nazi terrorist groups has not, to this point been openly analyzed.
