Dr. John P. Sullivan, C/O Futures LLC, Associate published Technical Paper on Drones & Port Security

Dr. John P. Sullivan led a drone threat assessment of the Port of Brownsville, Texas. The assessment was conducted over several months and included site visits, focus group sessions, a survey, literature review, and geospatial intelligence modeling. The project team included, Mr. George Davis and Mr. Thomas Adams, a Counter-UAS specialist. The Technical Paper: "Drones and Port Security at the Port of Brownsville'' looked at threat potentials from unmanned aerial systems (UAS), uncrewed maritime vessels (UMVs), and unmanned ground vehicles (UGVs), collectively known as UxS. The threat assessment was sponsored by the Institute of Homeland Security at Sam Houston State University.
