Fifth Dimensional (Cyber-Hyper) Based Trends: Implications for Law Enforcement

On 6 February 2023, Dr. Bunker, C/O Futures director of research and analysis, lectured to Dr. Jim Perkin's FBI National Academy graduate course on contemporary Issues in Law Enforcement. The title of his two hour talk to the law enforcement audience was on “Fifth Dimensional (Cyber-Hyper) Based Trends: Implications for Law Enforcement.” The subject matter ties into the ongoing work by Dr. Bunker since the later 1980s on Fourth Epoch War theory. This theory has been utilized for applied national security purposes by various US (and allied) entities since the 1990s. C/O Futures is actively involved in research, publication, and providing training to US LE/GOV/MIL entities concerning the emerging security environment of the 21st century.
